Regulations to cancel or change hotel

* High Season (1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and12)

- Cancellation before 33 days with arrival date (excluding Saturday, Sun, Holidays), the hotel will not charge.

- Cancellation within 33 days, or not come (not including Saturday, Sun, Holidays) will be charge 100% of total room charge

* Normal seasons (3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11)

- Cancellation before come 17 the arrival day compared with the arrival day (excluding Saturday, Sun, Holidays), hotel will not charge.

- Cancellation within 17 days (excluding Saturday, Sun, Holidays) will be charge 100% of room rate.

* The booking period for Holidays, high season will not be refund, cancel, or change.

Regulations on Children and extra beds

- The maximum number of visitors in one room is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years

- Children under 4 years old: completely free

- Children from 4-11 years: Surcharge breakfast is 200,000 VND.

- Children 12 and older charged as adults.

- Surcharge 3rd guest in the room: 400,000 VND (including buffet breakfast, not including extra bed)

- Extra bed is: 600,000 VND / night including extra bed and breakfast buffet.

Other regulations

Under the provisions of Vietnam law a foreigner + 1 guest Vietnam must obtain marriage registration.

- For convenience, please bring a credit card or cash to deposit for the services can be used during your stay at the hotel. The service that you use during your stay at hotel will be deducted from this deposit as one-time payment, or refund at the time of check-out.
